A COUPLES MASSAGE and PARTNER YOGA WORKSHOP

This couple’s massage class is based on simple, easy-to-learn Swedish and sports massage techniques and is designed to help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing, therapeutic benefits of massage with each other. Candlelight and soft music set an intimate mood for the two hour Couples Workshop. Kat, Shirley and Erica lead partners through a relaxing program of breathing, gentle stretching, meditation, massage, and assisted Yoga poses. Couples begin class with rhythmic Pranayama breathing, seated back to back. Through out the class, couples assist their partners with stretching and standing poses, and take turns giving and receiving massage. Class closes with a gentle neck face, and head massage, just before a restful Savasana. Bring a special someone for an evening of sharing and connecting through Yoga and massage. Class is open to all, and no prior Yoga experience is necessary. A great date night!

Couples Partner Yoga and Swedish Massage Workshop with Kat, Shirley and Erica

Spend your Valentine’s evening celebrating the blessings of love in your life by exploring partner yoga and Swedish Massage together.

In this special workshop for lovers, or close friends, you will nurture intimacy by moving playfully through partner asana, connect energetically through breath and gaze, and practice deepening your relationship with an unconditional loving kindness (metta) meditation. Time: Sat. 4-6pm or Mon. 6-8pm

Pre-registration is required. Couples Massage class is $50 per couple for a full 2 hours of instruction and materials (instruction manual and massage oil). No refunds are available.

You’ll discover new ways to touch each other using Swedish Massage and Partner Yoga techniques-a great way for two people to unwind and reconnect at the end of a long day.
